ONLINE:
We will accept returns of online orders within 14 days of you receiving your order. To initiate a refund request, email us at bobbysdancewear@yahoo.com and include your name, order number and item(s) you wish to return. We will respond within 24-48 hours with the next steps.
To be eligible for return, all items must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags attached and in its original packaging.Items must be in new condition and free of smoke, makeup, deodorant, or any stains. Items being returned must have been purchased from us and proof of purchase is required.
Certain types of items cannot be returned. We do not accept returns on underwear or makeup as these products are intimate and/or sanitary goods. Tights will be sealed upon purchase and may not be returned if opened. We do not accept returns on any pointe or ballet shoes that have been sewn. Gift cards are also not eligible for return. Non-eligible returns will not be accepted. If a product is deemed unfit for return we will notify the customer and no refund will be issued. If your return is rejected, you may choose to (1) pay the cost of shipping back to you OR (2) opt to have us dispose of the item for you.
Orders placed with a promotion for free or discounted items with a minimum purchase are only eligible to be returned for store credit.
Holiday returns – Purchases made November 1st - December 25th may be returned if postmarked or returned in store by January 15th. All other conditions for the standard return policy still apply.
Buyer will be responsible for all shipping fees on returns. You will need to ship the item(s) back to our store using your own preferred method of shipping. Please ship all returns with your original packing slip to our store address:

Please allow 3-5 business days for the processing of your refund from the time your products are received and approved. Shipping charges are not refundable.
You can also return any online purchase in store.
We only do returns (not exchanges) for online orders. The best way to handle this is to return the unwanted item(s) for store credit and once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for what you want. We will provide you a free shipping code for the replacement item.
