To ensure the best fit and a successful pointe experience, fittings should be done by a trained expert. Only a few of our staff members have been through the extensive training and work required to fit pointe shoes. We want to make sure one of our fitters is available to help you when you come in, which is why we require appointments. Another reason for appointments is to ensure each student receives the necessary time required for the fitting. Your scheduled appointment ensures that you will have the fitter’s full attention and focus.
If you happen to walk in for a fitting, we will do our best to accommodate you. Walk in availability is dependent on current appointments that day and pointe shoe fitter availability. We do not do pointe shoe fittings during the first 30 minutes or the last 30 minutes of each day.
* Packages may be marked "delivered" before the carrier arrives because the package is out for delivery. Be sure to check with a neighbor or look around the porch because some carriers put packages in hidden places so they aren't visible from the street. Also, double check that the address you gave us is your correct shipping address.
* If you still haven't found your package by the third business day, we suggest that you first contact USPS to file a claim. They prefer to speak to the recipient rather than the sender. You will find your tracking number in the shipping email you receive. Please understand USPS does not allow us to file a claim for a missing package until one week after it showed delivered.
