DESCRIPTION

Balance boards are used by dancers to improve balance, core strength, and are proven to increase range of motion and flexibility in the ankle, lower leg, and knee. When using a balance board, the dancer is forced to stabilize and engage their core to remain balanced and centered on the board. The low impact movement of using the board requires the dancer to use muscles from all over the body without risk of injury. Skid resistant wooden upper with wooden balance dome. Diameter is 16 inches.
